Special technique :
Great rolling axe
Nomu flies up, then acutely dives, rolling and poising an axe. She gets sick and vomits in the process, thus doubling the damage to enemy.

Nomu is a typical Bumblebee which is recognizable by her pricky hairs. She heard that the war was going to happen in Hypnotic City, so she and Kiru arrived to drag Sasuyo out to hang out with them.
Nomu is basically always heavily drunk when she is awake (absence of alcohol in Nomu immobilizes her). Nomu always has some kind of liquor with her. Nomu often vomits. Eyes are comparably large, and she is always either smiling stupidly or laughing like a fool. Nomu speaks coarsely. Nomu loves making fun of Sasuyo, by saying like "you're boring" or "your breasts are too small" in front of others. However, it's true that Sasuyo had been with her and Kiru since early childhood.
The bar in back of her waist is a handle of axe which she conjures with power of spirit when she fights. Weapons as small as Nomu's axe are uncommon among Bumblebees. Though drunk, Nomu is a moderately good combatant.

Note Nomu has a bad drinking-table feat, which she drops off her pants then apply liquor bottle on her crotch, shouting "I'M MAN!". Though not an entertaining show, her friends greets her customary show.
Nomu moves with agility, almost like a trapeze in the air, but her druken feet afford bad balance. Her@clumsiness with video games is a target of ridicule from Kiru.

Nomu loves basketball, where she leads Bumblebee team, and is a dunk shot champion who jumps taller than beanpole Stick Insect clan team.

About drawing :
Nomu wears intricate armor like that of Tao in Warzard, the Capcom game. She does not wear cap or feather, though.
Nomu has darker skin compared to Kiru. Nomu's has three distinctive hard pointed mass of hairs.
Kiru has a pair of wings exactly like those of Sasuyo.

Special technique:
Cut-in-half

Kiru is a Bumblebee, whose hairs are held by straps that encircle her forehead and also run between front and rear of her head. Kiru is always together with Nomu. They occasionally fight each other wildly, though.
Most of Kiru's basic features are same with Nomu, including being drunk all the time. One huge difference is that Kiru is highly skilled with fighting video game, while Nomu is impoverished in talent of game-playing.
Kiru is always hanging a handle of huge cutlass down her back. Kiru employs the cutlass with ease, accurate enough to truncate neck of the bottle which Nomu is holding.

About drawing :
Kiru has no apparent model. Kiru wears fewer clothing. Only armor piece she wears is brass round plate around her neck, shoulder and upper part of her back. Kiru wears cut pink basketball shirt (therefore her navel exposed), and also cut-off blue jeans, with raw strings hanging down her thigh. Kiru wears sandals whose laces reach below her knees.
Kiru is larger, slightly fatter and more pale than Nomu.

Kiru has a pair of wings exactly like those of Sasuyo.

From designer :
I initially invented Nomu and Kiru as Sasuyo's homeland friends who are waiting her when she returns home in the ending.
Since Sasuyo is, unlike most characters who are stereotypes of their clans, Sasuyo is meant to be "con against the way her clansmen live", so I have to use Nomu and Kiru to express majority of Bumblebee.
Though the Bumblebee clan itself was meant to be war clan, appearance of a super-duper extreme character called Kamako (of Mantis clan) caused shift of Bumblebees toward direction of "raucous problematic clan".
