This is a huge robot which Hagane developed during War of the Minions 600 years earlier. Mujinkun runs on dream energy which is ubiquitous in any space of the fairy kingdom. Mujinkun is a hybrid of various materials like molybdenum, dream iron, bullet-proof glass and duralmin. On its surface, moving areas are usually bellows, while immobile parts are striped vertically. Entire bodily structure is a little deformed, with knees below too long and warped arms, but magic power is affording Mujinkun a good balance. Mujinkun walks in an unique way, like that of long-legged crabs.
Right arm of Mujinkun is a large gun.
One volley of its shots can mince several thousands of Minions of Muscle at once.
The green hairs of Mujinkun are simply artificial ones. Face of Mujinkun is colored like human, but cannot show any expression.

Though Mujinkun cannot fly, Mujinkun has considerably dexterity, and can run and somersault.
Mujinkun can act while carrying several tens of personnel on its shoulder. While doing so, internal limiter greatly limits speed and action of Mujinkun, and even disables Dream gun to fire.

Though Mujinkun does not need any pilot basically, but it does have cockpit in its stomach.
Inside the cockpit, monitor is available so pilot can view outside or communicate with external.
Beside meters, joystick-like controllers are equipped, but they merely serve to falsely convince pilot "as if he/she is controlling by her own will" through power of "auto feedback function" which is often seen in Hagane-made mechanisms. Because of this, pilot does not need to practice anything. In the game, Tamako is not informed of this function, so she thinks that she is locking on the gun by her own will.

Only function which needs human operation is the "emergency button" inside the cockpit. This button activates self-explosion devices, which destroys entire functio irrevocably with huge detonation. Pilot's life is guaranteed ... it should be. In the game, Tamako barely survives, buried in cockput debris (though her spectacles were crushed, she always carried spare spectacles).

Mujinkun could never solve the war situation in 600-year old war, after all. Its functions are, as most Hagane's inventions are, unstable. When reincarnation energy fell above Mujinkun's head, Mujinkun went haywire and shot the concentrated energy right into the Keeper.
Later, it was kept in the hollow inside Mumin Glenn near Hypnotic City, but was called forth again for anti-Marquis de Hentai battle.
However, the real reason why Sumeragi mobilized it manned without permission was to teach meaning of powerlessness to Hagane.

From designer :
Solid Snake in Metal Gear Solid is the model of Mujinkun. Plus I added the gun which Gray Fox uses in final scene of Metal Gear Solid.
Two tubes which jumper between right temple and the gun are resemblance to bandana of Solid Snake.
The name "Mujinkun" is merely a pun taken from Japanese TV-ad character, but the name itself means "the lesson which dream god teaches its enemy".
Mujinkun's built is deformed in a way that makes observers uneasy a little.

"The obedient domestic robot"
YS-12 prototype Deku
(deku="dummy")
Blushing.With Nusumi, left wrist loose.

10 years after the War of the Minions, Hagane, who found value in "collective will" of Minions of Muscle, tried to mass-produce dummy fairies instead of selfish living fairies, and developed Prototype deku as first model. YS is a short for "Yumeshogun". Hagane gave Prototype deku green hairs to resemble the Grappler, whose strength largely impressed Hagane.
Basically, specifications of Prototype deku are similar to those of mass-produced dekus, but certain differences, like ability to fly at 750 km/h - 3 times faster than mass-produced models - exist. Prototype shows no life sign, unlike mass-produced models which are potentially alive. Prototype Deku can fly with jet engines and shoot death rays, which mostly comes out of its mouth against its CPU's will.
Since development was cancelled before implementation of automatic system, Prototype deku cannot move unless someone gets on its back and grabs hair dryer-like controller in place of ears. Thanks to auto feedback function, same as the one in Mujinkun, its rider can freely fly the sky merely by grabbing ears of Deku and by wishing to.
Unlike mass-produced models, vocal function of Prototype is working properly, enabling Prototype deku to talk in sweet-childish tones like "I'm so grateful, master". Prototype deku never disobeys the rider's order. Hagane tried mental characteristics of Prototype deku to mimic those of the Creature Keeper.

Sumeragi grew mad when he found out Hagane's insane scheme to replace living with machines, and he threw down Prototype deku immediately down the Mumin Glenn's active volcano top (ignoring the plea from Hagane to continue development until she implement automatic system into the Prototype), and he waited at bottom of the volcano to make sure Hagane would not recover Prototype deku. However, the Grappler followed fall of the Prototype, and kicked it in the middle, then the Grappler fell and died in the hot larva, successfully convincing Sumeragi that she, who resembles the prototype a tiny little bit, is the prototype. Before her death, she told the Prototype to stop someone (dreamdiver Ginji) who would send reincarnation energy to the Keeper.
In fact, the Prototype's memory chip forgot what the Grappler said very soon. Hagane, who recovered the Prototype deku, then concealed Prototype in same place with Mujinkun. 590 years later, will of Yumemashougun (= the Keeper) and phantom will of the Grappler that was still clung to the Prototype caused magical reproduction of the dekus, and then wills of past fairies possessed them@- the mindless mass-produced dekus.

In the game (future), the Prototype Deku does manage to thwart the Dreamdiver Ginji's dreamdiving, though it was Nusumi who actually steals his black bandana and thus nullifies his existence to oblivion.

About drawing :
See following Multi in leotard suits for reference. Do not forget to etch "HAGANE" on Prototype deku's socks.
(see page of Makino Yasuhiro for original)
From designer :
Prototype deku is a much more exact parody of Multi than mass-produced dekus are, since prototype deku is meek-minded and very obedient. Though the Prototype is a joke character, some people might cry at its fate and the brief contact between it and the dying Grappler.

Armor of Yumeshougun

Upon reincarnation of Rei into an artificial fairy, Hagane developed this armor to contain her "radiant flesh" which is harmful to living matters.
This armos is as heavy as 90 kg. Defensive power as an armor is quite superb.

Sumeragi did manage to suppress her face to be harmless. Therefore, there is no problem if she is not wearing her notable feature, the bird-beaked helmet which covers upper portion of her face.

From designer :
I have gave GFXers the photos to tell broadness and heaviness of European armor, and let them draw rather freely.

The armor was initially supposed to be silver, but since I liked "The steel angel" as Yumemashougun's title, I decided to be silent on what's her armor made of.
