This shortest of all stages suddenly sends you to fairyland (Hypnotic City) of past, a barren field teeming with strange Minions of Muscle. For unknown reason (that will be explained in stage 8 and 10), she assumes Marquis de Hentai, the character in future, as her enemy.
Also featured is the Grappler, one of major casts, who keeps destroying enemies with her "xx-blade" bodily weapons, crying "Drop dead!".
The ground is filled with mutilated physical components, ranging from ankle to fat to otolith (certain balancing sensor in the ear). Violent yet funny "splatter" sense" is seen in every part of Hypnotic City.

Title is self-explanatory, continuing to stages 4 and 10.

All so sudden, story of the past begins. The Grappler shows off her white glove, the distinct difference with the Keeper, her sister (who wears read gloves). She is standing over barren field, which, in stage 10, proves to be Hypnotic City site before foundation the city.

The Grappler beheads a minion with her hand-blade, which is familiar term with martial arts like karate.

The Minion killed in (3) remains as "minced minion" on the ground. The Grappler turns around (facing left) and kicks another minion to death. "Foot blade" is certainly not a common martial arts term.

She charges to right, and mushes five more minions. Two of the helmets that minions were wearing fly out of their heads. Every single medical terms sprawl over the ground, showing terrible impact of the nonsense "head-blade" of the Grappler.
