Multi Player Mode

In this mode, up to four people can contest each other. You can also fight against CPU.

Start Multi Player Mode

Select MULTI PLAYER in the main menu.
If you do nothing for a while without doing anything, a demo starts. Push B shot or ESC key to quit the demo.

* Enable setting by pushing B shot or selecting BACK after changing any setting.

PLAYERS

Set up PLAYER1, 2, 3 and 4.
KB1, KB2, JY1, JY2, COM and OFF are available as the choices.
Refer to the control description for meaning of KB1, KB2, JY1 and JY2.
CPU means the relevant character will be played by CPU.
Select OFF to remove the relevant character from the match.

ITEMS

You can increase and decrease each of the items that will be found.

FIELD

WALL	Set up the wall appearance type. SQR: Vertical and horizontal HDR: Horizontal VER: Vertical OFF: No appearance
TELEPORT	Set up presence/absence of teleport holes.
GRAPHICS	Select a map graphic.
AREA	Select a map type. The map will be decided random if you select RND.

SETTINGS

WIN MATCH	Select number of necessary points to win.
BGM	Select a BGM.
TIMER	Select presence/absence of time limit.
FLASH	The screen flashes every time a bomb explodes if this setting is ON.

START

Start the match. To start, at least two participating players, that can be CPU, need to be chosen in PLAYERS menu prior.

Match

Each of the players is in the following conditions right after starting a match.

Number of concurrently placeable bombs	1
Flame length	2
Walking speed	Normal

A player gets one points when all other players are defeated.
An end of the match by timeup or simultaneous defeat of more than one players results in a DRAW where no player gets a point.

If the WALL setting is other than OFF, indestructible walls appear after a certain lapse since start of a match. A player is defeated if buried by an appearing wall.

Match Over

When one of the players acquired number of points decided by WIN MATCH selection, the winner is decided, and the multi player mode menu reappears

Terminate Match

To return to the multi player mode, push ESC during a match to open the following menu, then select EXIT.

Pause during Match

You cannot pause by pushing F1 key during a match.
