Custom Level

You can load and play the custom levels that can be downloaded from the official site, or generated by the level editor that can be downloaded from the official site.

1.	Save the .bls files in an empty floppy diskette (hereafter "level disk"). It's advisable to avoid saving them in a game disk. If you are playing Bombaman on a large capacity media, save the BLS files in the same folder with the game files.
2.	Start up Bombaman, then select CUSTOM in the main menu.
3.	If you are playing on a large capacity media, go to 5. If you are playing with floppy, following screen shows up. Select BACK, push ESC key, or push B shot to return to main menu.
4.	Eject Disk A from the disk drive, insert the level disk, select REFRESH DISK then push A shot.
5..	The custom levels in the level disk additionally show up. CAUTION: MSX hangs up if you select BACK, push ESC key or push B shot when the level disk is inserted in case of the floppy diskette based gameplay, . Restart the game if such happens.
6.	Select the custom level you want to play. If you are playing on a large capacity media, go to 8.
7.	Following message appears. Eject the level disk from the disk drive, insert Disk A, then push A shot or B shot. CAUTION: MSX hangs up if the chosen custom level was improper. Restart the game if such happens.
8.	The screen graphic shows up. Change the LEVEL with horizontal cursors. Push B shot or ESC key to return to 3. CAUTION: MSX hangs up if you try to display uncompleted level when not all of 10 levels are completed. Restart the game if such happens.
9,	Push A shot to start playing the level being displayed at that point The rules and controls are same with the single player mode.
10.	When a player is defeated, the procedure returns to 8. without life decrease. After beating the level, the procedure returns to 8. as well.
